Wet underfloor heating is brilliant when it's designed right and frustrating when it isn't. We work out the heat loss room by room, set the pipe spacing and loop lengths to suit the floor build-up and covering, and size the manifold and pump so every zone actually gets the flow it needs.
Extensions, garden rooms, kitchen and bathroom refits are the jobs we do most, often running underfloor downstairs and keeping radiators upstairs, all off the same boiler with proper zoning and controls so you're not heating rooms nobody's in.
We also repair and service systems other people installed: airlocked loops, failed actuators, stuck zone valves, blending valves set wrong, and manifolds that were never balanced. If a loop is genuinely damaged we can trace and pinpoint it before anyone starts lifting floor.
