A yearly service keeps your boiler safe, keeps it running efficiently and keeps your manufacturer warranty valid.
A service isn't just a sticker on the side. We check gas rate and pressures, test the combustion with a flue gas analyser, inspect the heat exchanger, seals and electrodes, check the condensate and safety devices, and clean up anything that needs cleaning while the case is off.
Nine times out of ten it's a straightforward visit that takes under an hour. Every so often we spot something small that would have become an expensive breakdown in January, which is exactly the point of doing it.
Most manufacturers require an annual service to keep the warranty in place, so we leave you with a dated service record you can produce if you ever need to make a claim. We'll also drop you a reminder when the next one is due, so it doesn't quietly slip.
